Before you pay
Is the advance refundable if I cancel?
Cancel at least 48 hours before the slot and the advance is refunded in full to the same payment method, usually within 5–7 working days. Inside 48 hours the vehicle and crew are already blocked, so it is adjusted against a future booking instead.
Is online payment safe?
Yes. Payments run through Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Your card and UPI details go straight to Razorpay — they never touch this website, and we only receive a payment reference.
Can I pay the whole amount in cash instead?
You can. The advance only exists to hold your date. The balance is always payable after delivery, by cash, UPI or bank transfer, whichever suits you.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. A payment receipt is emailed instantly, and a full GST invoice is issued after the move — useful if your company is reimbursing the relocation.
